TWU - Maintenance Control Technicians

The company wants to create opportunities for Maintenance Control Technicians to increase their earning capacity, but still allow American to manage its labor costs. Our agreement makes no change to Maintenance Control Technician pay rates, and will offer the following pay increases:

• 3.4% structural increase on date of signing (effective Sept. 12, 2012)
• 3.4% structural increase 12 months after date of signing
• 3.4% structural increase 24 months after date of signing
• 3.3% structural increase 36 months after date of signing
• 3.0% structural increase 48 months after date of signing
• 3.0% structural increase 60 months after date of signing
