Fleet Service Clerks

American is looking to bring our medical costs in line with what is typical for Part Time employees both at other airlines and in corporate America.

 

Because of this, our ratified agreement includes a different active medical contribution structure for Part Time employees.

 

For Employee Only coverage, Part Time Fleet Service Clerks will pay the same contribution rate as a Full Time employee. For Employees with Dependents, Part Time Fleet Service Clerks who elect the Core option will pay the same contribution rate as a Full Time employee, and Part Time Fleet Service Clerks with dependents who elect the Standard or Value option will pay double the contribution rate as a Full Time employee.
