Reservations Representatives

Closing one of American’s three Reservations Offices was necessary in lowering our long-term structural costs. The SWRO was selected following a careful analysis on a variety of factors, including financial considerations and customer service needs.

All SWRO office-based Representatives were offered job options in lieu of layoff, including relocating to the Southern Reservations Office (SRO) or Southeastern Reservations Office (SERO), or transitioning to home-based work.
