Premium Services Reps

The new Premium Services structure allows us to build on our hospitality service level foundation and deliver on our Premium Services guarantee.

Premium Services positions were divided into two levels: Level 84 Premium Services Representatives and Level 85 Concierge Representatives. Current Level 84 Premium Services Representatives may have elected to remain in the Level 84 position with redefined responsibilities or participate in a competitive selection process for a Level 85 Concierge Representative position. This structure, allows us to best match jobs with the right skills and training.
