Airport/Cargo Agents and Travel Center Reps (CTO)

In selecting several areas to outsource work and eliminate some positions, we worked to:

• Preserve as many jobs as possible that require our Agents’ experience, expertise, knowledge and training.  In outsourcing Skycaps, Bag Drop, Passenger Service Representatives, and Baggage Service, our approach follows what is now common in the industry.
• Limit the impact on most cities. We are outsourcing Agent work in the following U.S. cities:  BDL, CMH, MEM, ONT, PDX, RNO, SMF
• Maximize the efficiency of the operation and align the number of Operational Coordinators with Agents.
