Ground School Instructors

 

 

Overview

Our goal is to reach a consensual agreement with our TWU-represented Ground School Instructors that allows Eagle to emerge from restructuring as a profitable and successful company, with costs that are in line with the most competitive large regional airlines.  We are proposing a number of changes to the pay and work rules that will ensure that Eagle achieves improved productivity and efficiency.

Our Approach

Proposed changes to our collective bargaining agreement for Ground School Instructors include:

  • Base pay rates reduced by one and three fourths (1.75%) percent
  • Eliminate accrual of fifth week of vacation
  • 1.5% pay increases in 2015 and 2016, if consensual agreements reached
  • Implementation of a Profit Sharing Plan, if consensual agreements reached

Annual Cost Savings Target: $10,000
